Return/Refund Policy for Audio Downloads & CDs

Please read before purchasing audio content:

Due to the nature of digital downloadable content, MP3 and other downloads are not eligible for returns or refunds. Artists (like myself) invest considerable time, research, and often money into creating high quality audio content. I strive to make it available at reasonable prices. If you decide to order an audio program from my online store, please know that these downloads are "final sale."

If you order an audio CD, the policy is the same. That said, if for some reason, your physical product arrives damaged, please send me a picture of the unopened (damaged) box via email via the contact form on the main page of this website or see below. I will do my best to make it right.
