This free audio program is designed to support teachers, as well as coaches, healers, therapists and other helpers who are struggling with the transition from working in person to working online.
In addition, parents who have found themselves juggling multiple roles - including that of supervising their child's learning - may find that this program helps them feel calmer and more centered during this time.
The first track is an introduction that offers words of encouragement. It can help with stepping back, seeing the larger picture, releasing stress, and reconnecting to those whom you serve.
It's also a reminder that you and your work are far greater than any one lesson or period in time.
The second track is a brief (10-minute) guided meditation to help you feel greater ease, self-confidence, self-compassion, and optimism despite challenges.
